"Great communication throughout"

Hall's HVAC was able to quickly respond to our needs to repair our old furnace. He charges for the time that he's there without the flat rate 2-3 hour charge that most repair guys charge. He is very professional and pleasant to work with and maintains good communication throughout the process. I definitely recommend him to anyone in need.

      "Explained everything honestly to me"

      I called George at 6:45 with a heating emergency. I had cold air blowing out of my vents and a house stuck at 64 degrees. With a winter storm in the works and three kids, I was worried to death. George called me back within 10 minutes. He told me to give him a few minutes and he would be here. Lo and behold he came with a mask on, fixed my issue within 10 minutes, and explained everything to me in an HONEST simple manner. Technically, he should've been getting off as he left my house, but still had another call! I will definitely be using his company for any further HVAC issues/maintenance I may have in the future. (Let me also add, he gave me a fair price and didn't break my pockets)
